Threes

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026
This is a plain-language starting template for a hobby/indie game, not legal advice. Have it reviewed before relying on it for anything serious, and fill in your contact details below.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or playing Threes (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Provide a real email so you can recover access. One person, one account; don’t impersonate others.

3. Acceptable use

Be decent. Don’t harass other players, post hateful, illegal, or abusive content in chat or display names, cheat, exploit bugs, attempt to disrupt or overload the Service, or access it in automated/abusive ways. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

4. User content

You’re responsible for what you type (chat, display name). We may remove content or accounts at our discretion to keep the game safe.

5. Availability & changes

The Service is provided “as is,” with no guarantee of uptime or that data is never lost. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Contact
